Creativity lives within all of us - it is part of our power to create and our inner child that wants to express itself. We strive for self-expression in our being, to share our inner self with the world. This urge is closely linked to our Svadhisthana Chakra, which stands for the innermost sources of our creativity and the flow of change. Closely linked to this is the Vishuddi Chakra, which stands for self-expression and communication. Creativity can express itself in many ways, for example in the way you communicate, dress or formulate your emails. However, your ideas can only bubble up if they are not immediately silenced by judgment and rationalization. There is no right or wrong; what wants to show itself is allowed to show itself. However, it happens that as a child or in adult life, we are sometimes not taken seriously, criticized or laughed at as soon as we express ourselves, with the consequence that we no longer dare to give free rein to our creative spirit. We already have all the resources we need to be creative. The only question now is how we can access them and (re)awaken our inner artist. To do this, it is important to learn to let go in order to merge completely with our feelings and our inner self - without any judgment about what is to come. In "Yoga for Creativity" we release our inner blockages and strengthen our Svadhisthana and Vishuddi Chakra in order to be able to meet our inner creative power without fear.
